Accessibility statement

This website is built to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or voice control.

Moore Help 4 Grief is committed to providing a fully accessible website experience for all users of all abilities, including those who rely on assistive technologies like screen readers, screen enlargement software, and alternative keyboard input devices to navigate the web.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA. This is the standard most widely referenced for accessible websites, and it is the target we build and test against.

What we have done

Across this site we have worked to ensure:

  • Text and background colors meet contrast requirements for readability.
  • Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, and the currently focused item is always visible.
  • Headings follow a logical order so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
  • Images carry text descriptions where they convey meaning.
  • Text can be enlarged without breaking the layout.
  • Motion is reduced for visitors whose devices request it.
  • Buttons and links are large enough to select comfortably by touch.

Where we know we fall short

Being honest about limitations is part of taking accessibility seriously.

Our online booking calendar is provided by a third-party service. We chose it specifically because it is one of the more accessible scheduling tools available, but because we do not build it ourselves, we cannot guarantee every part of it meets the same standard as the rest of the site. If you have any difficulty using it, please use the alternative below and we will arrange your appointment personally.

Booking or reaching us another way

If any part of this website is difficult for you to use, you never have to struggle with it. You can reach us directly and we will help you personally, whether that is booking an appointment, asking a question, or anything else.

Email ima@moorehelp4grief.com or call 661-305-5222, and we will take care of it with you directly.

Telling us about a problem

We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a box to check. If you run into something on this site that is hard to use, we genuinely want to know, and we will do our best to put it right. Please get in touch and describe what happened and, if you can, the page you were on and the device or software you were using.

This site was built with accessibility in mind from the start

This website was designed and built by M-Powered Media, which builds accessibility into every site rather than adding it afterward.
