Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Moore Help 4 Grief collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, please ask.

The short version

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to arrange your sessions. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not ask for medical or health information through this website.

What we collect, and when

When you contact us through the form on this site, we collect your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write in your message.

When you book a session, we collect your name, your email address, the time you selected, and any note you add. Bookings are handled through our scheduling and video tools, described below.

When you simply visit, our website host keeps standard technical logs, such as general location and browser type, which help keep the site secure and working. These are not used to identify you personally.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, sensitive health information through this website.

Why we collect it

Only to do the things you have asked us to do: reply to your message, arrange and confirm your appointment, send you the link to join, and stay in touch about the support you have requested. That is the whole purpose.

The tools we use

Running this service relies on a few trusted services. Each one only receives the information needed to do its part.

  • Our website host stores the website and any messages submitted through it.
  • Our scheduling tool manages your booking and reminders.
  • Zoom hosts the video sessions themselves.
  • Our email service delivers confirmations and correspondence.

These providers handle your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return or in case we are required to keep records. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you, and we will. To do any of these, just get in touch.

For any privacy request, email ima@moorehelp4grief.com or call 661-305-5222.

Children

This website and this service are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page. Where the change is significant, we will note it clearly.
