Ways we can work together
Everything is online, so you can take part from your own home, at your own kitchen table, without having to be anywhere or look like anything.
Start with a free call
Every path here begins the same way: a free 15-minute phone call. No cost, no obligation, and nothing to prepare. We talk about where you are and whether this support is a fit — and if it is not, that is a perfectly good outcome too.
One-on-one grief support
Private sessions, at your pace, in a space where you do not have to explain yourself or protect anyone else’s feelings. We talk about your loss, your person, and what you are actually carrying, rather than what other people think you should be feeling by now.
Sessions are 60 minutes, held online over Zoom, and cost $35. Appointments are currently available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, Pacific time, and you can book directly online.
Support groups
Small groups for shared understanding and connection. There is a particular relief in sitting with people who do not need the situation explained to them, and who will not tell you that at least you had thirty good years.
Group dates, sizes, and pricing are shared when you reach out — the free call is the easiest way to hear what is coming up.
Zoom courses
Guided courses designed to provide tools, understanding, and encouragement over a series of sessions, so that support builds week to week instead of arriving all at once.
Course schedules and pricing are announced as each one opens. Ask during your free call, or send us a message to hear about the next one.
What this is, and what it is not
This is grief education and support. It is not counseling, therapy, or medical care, and it does not replace treatment from a licensed professional. What it offers is understanding, practical tools, and the company of someone who has walked this road and has been trained to help others walk it. This is not about the loss of a relationship or the loss of a beloved pet. It is for those who have lost a loved one.
