Ways we can work together

Everything is online, so you can take part from your own home, at your own kitchen table, without having to be anywhere or look like anything.

One-on-one grief support

Private sessions, at your pace, in a space where you do not have to explain yourself or protect anyone else’s feelings. We talk about your loss, your person, and what you are actually carrying, rather than what other people think you should be feeling by now.

Support groups

Small groups for shared understanding and connection. There is a particular relief in sitting with people who do not need the situation explained to them, and who will not tell you that at least you had thirty good years.

Zoom courses

Guided courses designed to provide tools, understanding, and encouragement over a series of sessions, so that support builds week to week instead of arriving all at once.

What this is, and what it is not

This is grief education and support. It is not counseling, therapy, or medical care, and it does not replace treatment from a licensed professional. What it offers is understanding, practical tools, and the company of someone who has walked this road and has been trained to help others walk it.

Not sure which one fits? Let's talk it through

A free 15-minute call, with no obligation and nothing to prepare. We will talk about where you are and whether this is the right kind of support for you.
